Returns and exchange detailS
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
We hope you don't need to return an item, as we try to make sure our descriptions tell you all you need to know. However, in the event you purchase something and would like to return it, here are our policies.
Please contact us immediately upon receiving an item that doesn't work for you.
Please return an item to us no later than 7 days after you receive it.
Custom orders: These are the orders you contact me about and they may be a particular size, color or even have names on them. Unless they are damaged in shipping, I do not give refunds on custom orders, as they are custom designed just-for-you and I may not ever be able to sell them again.
If you want to return an item and we can come to an agreement on a replacement piece (in case it doesn't fit, the color is wrong, etc) I will provide shipping back to me and get you a new item.
If you want to return an item and just want a refund (buyers remorse, it doesn't fit and you decide you just don't want one to replace it, etc) I will refund your purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping fee paid, I require that you mail items back to me.
This doesn't cover all scenarios.
We want you to be happy with your items and will work with each person on a case by case basis to resolve any issues that arise.
